Reading Room

For reading and consultation of resources, the seating facility for 100 users is available. The reading room is equipped with networked desktops

VISITORS

On an average 1000 students (Approx.) North Campus and South Study Centre per day.

Book Bank

The School has established a Students Aid Fund to help economically weaker students in the form of text books. This facility is also available at the South Study Centre for students of B.A. (Programme) and B.Com. only.

Reference & Help Desk

The students are guided for library services and resources.


  • To help the users in different queries about the library and its services.
  • Registers have been kept at the Help Desk for visitors to make entries for the purpose of the visit.
  • Visitors are requested to give their full details Date, Roll No., Purpose & Time of visit.
  • In case of any difficulty users are advised to contact the Incharge of the library in person, through mail or telephonically.

SOL Library

The SOL library is a knowledge resources centre with print and digital resources related to the disciplines of the courses of SOL. It is situated in the hub of SOL campus established as a small library in 1962. This library was shifted to the new building in August 1991.
