How to File a Complaint
Any woman employee or female student (hereinafter mentioned as the ‘COMPLAINANT) shall have the right to file a complaint concerning sexual harassment against a male
student /employee /faculty /administrative staff / any of the members of the Committee
The complaint needs to be filed in writing within a period of 3 months from the date of incident. In case of a series of incidents, the case shall be filed within a period of 3
months from the date of last incident. It should be addressed to the Chairperson, ICC.
The written complaint should contain a description of each incident(s). It should include relevant dates, timings and locations; name of the respondent(s); and the working
relationship between the parties. Any member of the ICC can provide assistance in writing of the complaint if the complainant seeks it for any reason.
Any complaint in writing must be signed by the COMPLAINANT. The complainant shall be afforded full secrecy at each stage of the process.
